SwiftSub is a virtual top-up platform that lets you buy data bundles, airtime, cable TV subscriptions, electricity units and exam-result pins, funded through your SwiftSub wallet. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information, keep your password and 4-digit transaction PIN confidential, and be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent). You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.
Wallet balances represent prepayments for services. You fund via bank transfer to your dedicated virtual account (processed by our payment gateway partner) or by card. Deposits are not bank savings and earn no interest. Balances may be withdrawn or refunded to source at our discretion, subject to verification and applicable limits.
Fulfilment is performed by third-party network operators and licensed VTU vendors. When you submit a purchase we debit your wallet immediately and place the order; if a vendor fails to deliver, the debit is automatically reversed and shown as refunded. Delivery timelines depend on the operator — check a transaction's status in your history, and raise a dispute from its detail page if something is wrong.
To unlock higher tiers you consent to us verifying your BVN or NIN with our verification partner. Verification results (not the raw numbers) are retained. We may limit, suspend or reverse transactions that fail verification checks or that we reasonably suspect of fraud.
API keys are issued to verified Tier-3 accounts. Keep keys secret; you are responsible for calls made with your keys. We may rate-limit (currently 60 requests/minute per key) or revoke keys abused or used to undermine service integrity.
Don't use SwiftSub for fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any unlawful purpose; don't probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service; don't resell without a reseller arrangement. We report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by Nigerian law.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftSub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount involved in the affected transaction.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. Questions or complaints: raise a ticket in-app or contact support. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
